Hannah Tebbutt and Natalie Thompson, who are both enrolled on the Level 1 Food Industry Skills Diploma and Paul Latimer, lecturer in Hospitality and Food, rose to the challenge to produce the ‘very posh’ pancakes on Tuesday March 4 2014, a day commonly known as Shrove Tuesday.

Working under extreme pressure and heat, they produced exquisite posh pancakes indeed!

Under the guidance of Paul, Hannah and Natalie produced some mouth watering treats for the staff at Radio Leicester to enjoy.

The menu included apple, sultana and calvados pancakes, pancakes with hot berries and Chantilly cream, and chocolate pancakes with oranges, Tia Maria and vanilla ice cream.
