Nurseries

We understand the importance nursery care plays in a child’s life. Open to both staff, students and other people locally, our nurseries provide superb care for children at both Freemen’s Park and Abbey Park campuses.

We care for children in a manner that is relaxed, friendly, stimulating and inspiring, providing them with the confidence to grow and learn at their own pace, in an environment that is safe, with people they can trust.

We also believe children get the most from their time in a nursery if the people looking after them are motivated, enthusiastic and happy.

As part of Leicester College, we are committed to continuous improvement through the development of our staff. All nursery staff are qualified to level 3 or above, with some having achieved Early Year Professional status at level 7.

Our two nurseries provide full and part-day care for children aged from birth up to eight years.
