Leicester College Events Competitions – Terms and conditions

School Careers Fair Competition

1. The promoter is: Leicester College whose registered office is at Freemen’s Park Campus, Welford Road, Leicester LE2 7LW.
2. The draw is open to people who have provided Leicester College with an email address and completed the form at one of the school career events.
3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 14 years or over except employees of Leicester College and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
4. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. The winner will receive a £300 Amazon e-gift card. Two runner-ups will receive Beats Flex headphones.
6. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Leicester College containing information about events and activities that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
7. The closing date for entry to the competition is Sunday 31 December 2023. The draw will take place before Wednesday 31 January 2024.
8. One £300 Amazon voucher and two sets of Beats Flex headphones are available. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received. The draw will take place before Wednesday 31 January 2024. Winners will be notified by email and must contact Leicester College to arrange collection of the prize from one of the campuses. If a winner doesn’t respond to Leicester College within 14 days of being notified then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Leicester College shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Vouchers and Beats Flex headphones are not for resale.
10. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. Leicester College shall use and take care of any personal information you support as described in our data protection policy. By entering the prize draw you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about the prize draw entry.
12. Leicester College reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this prize draw with or without prior notice.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Events iPad Competition

1. The promoter is: Leicester College whose registered office is at Freemen’s Park Campus, Welford Road, Leicester LE2 7LW.
2. The draw is open to people who have completed a form to attend an event organised by Leicester College and then attended the event during academic year 2022-23.
3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 14 years or over except employees of Leicester College and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
4. Only one entry per person per event. Multiple entries from one event will be disqualified, however multiple entries from attending different events throughout the academic year 2022-23 will be counted.
5. The winner will receive an iPad 64GB wi-fi or equivalent. Two runner-ups will receive £50 Amazon Voucher and £25 Amazon Voucher or equivalent.
6. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Leicester College containing information about events and activities that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.

October Open Event – Socks Freebie Giveaway

1. The promoter is: Leicester College whose registered office is at Freemen’s Park Campus, Welford Road, Leicester LE2 7LW.
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 14 years or over except employees of Leicester College and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. Only one pair of socks per booking and/or student interested in applying to Leicester College. Multiple pairs of socks will not be given out to more than one member of the booking party.
4. To be eligible for the giveaway attendees must have registered for the October Open Event 2023 and registered to receive marketing emails from Leicester College.
5. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Leicester College containing information about events and activities that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
6. The giveaway will take place on Thursday 26 October 2023 between 4 pm – 7:30 pm at all three campuses: Abbey Park Campus, Freemen’s Park Campus and St Margaret’s Campus.

November Open Event – Stocking Lucky Dip Giveaway

1. The promoter is: Leicester College whose registered office is at Freemen’s Park Campus, Welford Road, Leicester LE2 7LW.
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 14 years or over except employees of Leicester College and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. Only one stocking is to be given per booking and/or student interested in applying to Leicester College. Multiple pairs of stockings will not be given out to more than one member of the booking party.
4. To be eligible for the giveaway attendees must have registered for the November Open Event 2023 and registered to receive marketing emails from Leicester College.
5. Within the stockings, prizes will be given away as part of a lucky dip. Two £50 Amazon vouchers, ten £10 Amazon vouchers, and a selection of Leicester College freebies and sweets will be hidden inside the stockings.
