GRADUATION CEREMONY 2024
It is soon time for the Class of 2024 to don their cap and gown
We welcome all our 2023/24 graduating students to join us on Saturday 21 September 2024 to take their final steps in Higher Education with us at our annual graduation ceremony.
This event is open for booking to students who, in 2024, will be completing a Foundation Degrees, Higher National Diplomas and Certificates, and BA Hons degrees- both Leicester College and DMU awarded courses .
Booking your place:
This is a ticketed event. Therefore it is essential that you register your place in order to attend. All graduand tickets come with a package of 2 adult guest tickets (age 12 and over). Kids under the age of 12 can be booked under a child ticket. Payment for the package will be completed during the registration process.
Pets are not permitted at this venue.
Please ensure graduands registered their attendance by Monday 29 July 2024 we will not be accepting any further graduands to register after this date or accommodate any unregistered graduands who turn up on the day to walk across the stage. Refunds cannot be accommodated after Monday 26 August 2024.

Gowning and Photography:
Most of our graduands choose to hire the tradition cap and gown to wear during Graduation. This can be supplied by our chosen partner, William Northam offering a competitive package which includes cap, gown, and photography. Payment for this package is to be completed on the William Northam Website. When booking your gown please select Leicester College as your graduating institution.
If you choose not to wear graduation robes, we expect all graduands to wear business dress.
Event photography will be taking place on site to be published in print or online. If you do not wish to photographed please let a member of staff know.
Parking
Nearest car park to the venue is Newarke Street Car Park. There is a charge to park in this car park which can be found here. Payment is accepted by cash, card, and contactless payment is in this car park. Leicester College will not reimburse car parking costs.
Parking is free for those who are blue badge holders at this car park. You will need to present your Blue Badge and parking ticket to the window on the ground floor of the car park.
Leicester College will not take responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles or contents.
