What will the apprentice be doing?

Our normal day starts at 9am whereby you’d be required to:

Help load the store van for the days deliveries of office furniture such as desk, chairs or cabinets. If needed, you’d be required to go out on those deliveries to customers and lift heavy bulky items into place.
Otherwise, you would stop instore and assemble other items of furniture needed for the show room or future deliveries.
We also have customers coming into our instore showroom on a daily basis and this is something that you would be able to learn more about and identify the perfect furniture the customer would need.

This is a Furniture Manufacturer Apprenticeship at Level 2 that is delivered at Leicester College Freemen’s Park Campus on a day release. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will be given a certificate titled Cabinet Maker.

Wage range dependant on age £7.00 to £9.00 an hour – 35 to 40 hours per week.
