About Leicester College

At Leicester College we offer a range of courses for all sections of the local communities we serve.

We offer courses to help you get on, but we also believe in supporting you and developing your interests while you are with us. In a learner survey we conducted in 2017, 93% of learners feel included here, while 95% say they are happy at the College, and 96% would recommend us to a friend.

All learners aged 16-19 at the College follow a study programme, which includes cross- and extra-curricular activities such as sport, tutorials, trips, maths and English GCSE courses (if you don’t already have these), and work experience. You will also have the option to get involved with the student union, with fundraising for the College charity, or even become learner ambassadors.

If you’re returning to education, you won’t be alone. Over 6,000 adult learners completed vocational qualifications with us last year – and we also offer professional and academic courses for adults, including Access diplomas which pave the way to university.

So from apprenticeships to English classes, or hairdressing to motor vehicles, there’s a place for you here with us – we’re proud to be Leicester’s College.
