We can help you with the recruitment of staff for your apprenticeship vacancies. As well as advertising the vacancies on gov.uk, all vacancies are advertised on here too. They are also highlighted through our social media channels.

By investing in training with us you will also be improving your staff retention rates, as it’s estimated that at least 70% of apprentices remain with the same employer after finishing their apprenticeship.

We also hold recruitment and employability fairs throughout the year which are free for both employers and candidates. In the past we’ve hosted a careers fair just for the construction industry, and other industry-specific events will take place in the future. Our well-attended recruitment fairs aim to connect job seekers with appropriate vacancies, and often include useful employers’ workshops on topics such as the apprenticeship levy.

In addition to supporting your apprenticeship recruitment we are also able to provide support with the recruitment of some none apprenticeship vacancies. If you would like more information on this please contact us. We work very closely with Department for Work and Pensions delivering Sector Based Work Academies to unemployed adults. Training programmes can be designed to cover some of the key competencies in your job descriptions. This service is provided free of charge.
