- The promoter is: Leicester College whose registered office is at Freemen’s Park Campus, Welford Road, Leicester LE2 7LW.
- The raffle draw is open to all Leicester College students who vote in the Leicester College Student Union elections starting on Monday 22 May 2023 8.30am and ending on Friday 26 May 2023 5pm.
- The raffle is open to all Leicester College Students and will be entered via completing a Microsoft Form for voting.
- Only one vote per person therefore one raffle entry will be made.
- There will be two raffles draws conducted from all voters and each will receive one £25 Amazon e-gift voucher or equivalent.
- By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from Leicester College containing information about events and activities that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
- The closing date for voting and entry to the raffle draw is Friday 26 May 2023. The draw will take place before Tuesday 30 May 2023.
- Two £25 Amazon e-gift vouchers will be available. Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator out of all the votes received from Leicester Colleges students. The draw will take place before Wednesday 31 May 2023. Winners will be notified by email via their Leicester College email account and/or call, once we have informed the student that they have won they will be sent the e-gift vouchers to their college email address. If a winner doesn’t respond to Leicester College communication within 7 working days then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Leicester College shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- By entering their vote, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Leicester College shall use and take care of any personal information you support as described in our data protection policy. By entering the raffle draw you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about the raffle draw entry.
- Leicester College reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this prize draw with or without prior notice.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
