Sector-based Work Academy Programme (SWAP)

SWAP helps jobseekers aged 16 and over, who claim benefits, find work. This programme, lasting up to 6 weeks, provides: pre-employment training for your chosen industry, by our college or a local provider, a short work placement to gain practical experience within your field of interest and a guaranteed job interview or help with your job application.
