We understand the significance of this milestone in your life and would like to offer you and your family an alternative way to celebrate this achievement or the option to a full refund. All the graduands who had completed a booking to the September Graduation Ceremony on Eventbrite will have received an email from Leicester College with a link to a graduation cancellation form and the opportunity to transfer tickets onto a Afternoon Tea Celebration.
Celebration Afternoon Tea
All Guests booked onto the September Graduation Ceremony 2024 have been invited to an afternoon tea celebration, catered by our own Taste Restaurant, on Thursday 7 November from 12 noon – 3pm. The event will feature a congratulatory speech from the College Principal, followed by a delightful afternoon tea and celebratory drinks.
If you would like to attend this event, please complete the form emailed to each graduand by Friday 13 September 2024 to transfer the graduation ceremony booking. Please use the attached form to inform us of any dietary requirements in advance. Do keep in mind when booking, due to the table arrangements of the restaurant you may be sitting with multiple families around a table during the afternoon tea.
Ticket Cancellation
If you do not wish to attend, please indicate this on the form emailed to the graduands by Friday 13 September 2024, and we will issue you a full refund. If we do not receive a response from you by by Friday 13 September 2024, we will automatically cancel your booking and issue a full refund on Monday 16 September 2024.

Gowning and Photography Cancellation
All graduands who have purchased a gowning and photography package for the September Graduation Ceremony event will need to cancel their package. Please contact William Northam directly by Friday 13 September 2024 to arrange a full refund. The purchase cannot be transferred to the afternoon tea event.
