We have our finalist for The SPARKS UK Electrical Apprentice of the Year 2018 Competition.

Student Jacob Robinson currently an Electrical Installation Apprentice competed in the Midlands heats and secured his place in the Grand Final which will be held on the 11 and 12 April 2018 at the 3M Customer Innovation Centre in Bracknell, Berkshire.

There will be eight finalists attending the two-day final from various regions around the UK.

Competition judge Darren Oates, External Quality Assurer at EAL, said: “The skill set we have seen so far already this year has been phenomenal and we’re looking forward to seeing what the next regions bring to the table. Well done to all of those who have competed so far, and good luck to those in the upcoming regional heats.”

We wish Jacob the best of luck! Congratulations on making the final!
