The successful applicant will pride themselves on delivering exceptional service for our clients. Your role as a Business Administrator Apprentice will be to: assist with our administrative processes and procedures using computerised systems and associated supporting administration, reading and responding to customer emails and liaising with internal staff and directors.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties include:
- The role will be initially administration with inputting and analysing data.
- Using databases and learning to use spreadsheets.
- Reading and responding to customer emails.
- Liaising with internal staff and directors.
- Taking minutes during meetings and circulating agendas and minutes of previous meetings. Writing up minutes for meetings and circulating these including staff tasks.
- Maintaining supplies, equipment and facilities.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will complete an Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification in Business Administration.
- You will attend college one day every two weeks at the Freemen’s Park Campus.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you may be able to progress onto a full time role within the organisation or progress onto a management programme.
