Countesthorpe Scouts present Aladdin
Panto season is here again and inside Peking’s famous laundry, Wishy has a plan. He has had enough of all those boring stories and together with his twin brother Washy, is ready to write a brand-new show. The pair take us to the Chinese island of ‘Sumwaregud’, but Wishy’s masterplan begins to dissolve – as the 3 baddies he has put into the show start to get out of control! When Abanazar kidnaps Princess Jasmine and takes her to his island, ‘Farfrumere’, can Captain Rigging and his sailors really help Wishy and Washy save our Panto story and give us a happy ending after all? Can the Genie REALLY turn shy Aladdin into our Panto star? And what are we going to do about all the Pirates!!
With singing, dancing and all your usual Panto fun, Countesthorpe Scout’s 7th Annual Panto is the must see show this Christmas! Fun for all the family to enjoy, this full-length show, performed by the group’s young people aged 6 -17, is sure to provide laughs, thrills and a few surprise twists!
Warning: This show contains regular cycles of washing jokes, which are enough to send even the bravest Panto watcher into a spin!
