Enquiries on Results

You can submit for a re-mark of your IELTS results within six weeks of your test date. The fee for an Enquiry on Results is £60. One or more parts of your test can be re-marked; the fee is the same regardless. Results take 6-8 weeks to be re-marked and returned to back to us as an IELTS test centre.

To submit for an Enquiry on Results, we will require the following:

  • Your original Test Report Form
  • The fee of £60
  • A completed Enquiry on Results form

Please contact us if you would like to submit for a re-mark of your IELTS test.

Additional Test Report Form & Receiving Organisations

IELTS test candidates only receive one Test Report Form. Any extras required can only be sent directly to the organisation. Please ensure that you check with the relevant organisation of their entry requirements.

As part of your IELTS application, you will have the opportunity to add any Receiving Organisations. These organisations will automatically receive a copy of your IELTS test results. Up to five Test Report Forms can be sent to Receiving Organisations if requested before results are released.

If you require any additional copies of your results to be sent to organisations once you have received your IELTS test results, there will be a charge per additional Test Report Form. The fees are as follows:

  • Standard, second class delivery – £20
  • First class, recorded delivery – £25

There is also an IELTS form that will need to be completed before posting these out.

Please contact us if you would like to request for an additional Test Report Form.

Special Requirements

We make every effort to cater for candidates with a form of disability or special requirement.

To support your application for special circumstances, we will require a copy of your medical certificate. This must be dated within the last two years.

We require a minimum of six weeks’ notice to put in place any administrative arrangements, such as extra time or separate invigilation. If further provisions are required, such as modified papers, a minimum of three months’ notice must be provided.

Please contact us if you have any queries or would like to discuss this further.
