Graduation Ceremony 2025

Time to celebrate

We welcome the class of 2025 graduating students to join us on Saturday 20 September 2025 to take their final steps with us at our annual graduation ceremony. The doors will open for arrivals at 10:30 am and the event will finish at 2 pm.

This event is open for booking to students who in 2025 will be completing Foundation Degrees, Higher National Diplomas and Certificates, Higher Technical Qualifications and BA Hons degrees- both Leicester College and DMU awarded courses.

Booking your place:

This is a ticketed event. Therefore you must register your place to attend. All graduand tickets come with one FREE adult ticket. Additional adult (age 12 and over) and child tickets are available to purchase. We have limited these to two adult and two child tickets per graduand. Payment for the package will be completed during the registration process.

Pets are not permitted at this venue.

Graduands must register their attendance by Friday 18 July 2025. We will not be accepting any further graduands to register after this date or accommodate any unregistered graduands who turn up on the day. Refunds cannot be accommodated after Monday 25 August 2025.

Any additional guest tickets will go on sale in early August.

Gowning and Photography:

Most of our graduands choose to hire the traditional cap and gown to wear during Graduation. This can be supplied by our chosen partner, William Northam offering a competitive package which includes cap, gown, and photography. Payment for this package is to be completed on the William Northam Website. When booking your gown please select Leicester College as your graduating institution.

If you choose not to wear graduation robes, we expect all graduands to wear business dress.

Event photography will take place on site to be published in print or online. If you do not wish to be photographed please let a member of staff know.

Parking:

The nearest car park to the venue is Newarke Street Car Park. There is a charge to park in this car park which can be found here. Payment is accepted by cash, card, and contactless payment is in this car park. Leicester College will not reimburse car parking costs.

Parking is free for those who are blue badge holders at this car park. You will need to present your Blue Badge and parking ticket to the window on the ground floor of the car park.

Leicester College will not take responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles or contents.
