Activities are varied and tailored to individual needs and preferences. They may include: Accessing and navigating the local community, Shopping and cooking, Dance, music, drama, and other creative arts, Sports, games, fitness, and wellbeing activities, Relaxation sessions and opportunities to develop social connections.
Every day is structured to help participants grow socially, emotionally and practically. The programme is designed to be fun and empowering, enabling clients to meet new people, enjoy new experiences and develop skills that support greater independence.
