Introduction to ESOL Beauty – P00511

This course is perfect if English is not your first language and is available at all ESOL venues.
It will help you to improve your knowledge of beauty skills treatments and products.
You will also gain practical experience of salon treatments. The course runs termly and you can join at any point in the term.

Year 1

This course will help you to learn about various beauty skills and beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, and facials. You will learn to use several beauty products, equipment, and beauty techniques. You will also be able to develop your English language skills to progress to formal qualifications in beauty skills.

There are no formal entry requirements. Your level of English will be assessed at the time of enrolment.

You will complete an internal course assessment.

This course is aimed at supporting students who are considering progressing to a career or further study in beauty. Your tutor will advise you on progression. You will have the opportunity to study at a higher level or to take classes in a different subject. Careers Information, advice and guidance is also available at Leicester College.

Apply online via the College website. You will be contacted to come into College if required, or you will be sent a conditional offer according to the entry requirements for the course. You will then be invited in to enrol for your chosen course of study.

For enrol and pay courses: Once you have decided to take the course, you need to fill in a short student details form online and pay the course fee. Once you have done this, you will receive an electronic confirmation of enrolment and payment.
