English Language Online GCSE level 2

This course covers all you need to know about written English and prepares you for the Edexcel GCSE (9-1) post -16 resit qualification. The course allows you to get fully prepared for your exam in June 2023. With a dedicated tutor throughout the course, you will work module by module and complete assessments to fully prepare you for the exam. There will also be the opportunity to join an online forum to chat and get support from other students who are studying the same qualification online. This virtual learning environment offers you 24/7 access to your study materials along with paper-based copies if this suits you better. Please note this course does not offer virtual sessions, students work on their own and submit work to their tutor weekly. If you are aged 16 to 18, you will be enrolled on a study programme. This will include retaking GCSEs or undertaking Functional Skills in English and maths if you haven't already achieved a grade 4 or above. You will take part in activities that help you to develop your personal skills, such as building your character and confidence. This will help you to live well and move into your chosen career. If you are 16-19 years old these activities will be timetabled as will work experience and placement. You can also choose to take part in other activities. For other age groups, activities will be tailored to your needs.
