Learner Support Fund 16-18 years form

You must submit a new claim to the Learner Support Fund each year, even if you are an existing student and have claimed previously. The Fund is allocated on a first come, first served basis so late applications may be reduced or rejected.

We will not be able to fully process your Learner Support Fund application unless we have ALL of the information outlined below.

You will need to upload these to the form to complete your application (if you are not able to do this please do not continue with this application. You can contact us for a paper application or download a copy here).

Your parent(s)/carer(s) are in work and their annual income is less than £30,000, please provide

  • P60 (April 2019) AND
  • Tax Credit Award Notice 2019/20 or review notice 2018/19

Or if they are self-employed

  • Their annual accounts ending April 2019 or SA302 AND
  • Tax Credit Award Notice 2019/20

Your parent(s)/carer(s) are NOT in work, please provide evidence of 

  • Jobs Seekers’ Allowance
  • Income Support
  • Employment and Support Allowance
  • Universal Credit

AND

  • Recent benefit letter AND
  • Recent bank statements AND
  • Tax Credit Award Notice 2019/20
