Television and radio personality, Justin Urquhart Stewart made a visit to Leicester College to pass on his expert advice to learners as part of a financial master class.

The media finance commentator who is regularly featured on the BBC, Sky and MSNBC, is also director and co-founder of Seven Investment Management based in London.

With his wealth of financial experience in a variety of fields, Justin was invited to Leicester College’s Abbey Park Campus, on Thursday 23 January 2014, to part with his valuable advice to over 100 learners.

Rupinder Drew, Business Enterprise Academy Manager at Leicester College, said: “The Peter Jones Academy is delighted to welcome Justin Urquhart Stewart. Justin is an expert within the banking and finance industry and has a really unique way in delivering complex information in a very down to earth and engaging way. Justin gave tips and advice on how young people can manage their money.”

Justin said: “It’s a privilege to look after people’s money, which is why I always believe in being transparent and open.

“The Peter Jones Enterprise Academy is what was missing when I was at college. When I was studying there were no enterprise schemes that offered experience. But when you went out into the real world, experience is what the employers looked for.

“So the PJEA courses here at Leicester College are an excellent way to pass on both the theory and practice of the business world. Brilliant work is being done here.”
