With all 3 campuses open and subject tutors available, this is your chance to get all final questions answered in time to make your next move in applying for college. Join us for the final Open Event of 2024 on Saturday 16 November, 10am – 1pm.
Our Post-16 Open Event is exclusively for all under 19 year olds looking to enrol on a full-time course or apprenticeships and gather information on our student support services.
You can enquire about:
- opportunities available to students after GCSE
- career advice and pathways
- student life and transition support from school to college
- application and enrolment
- available financial assistance, funding, and bursaries
We’ll also be handing out our exclusive LC rubix cubes*.
*LC merch is limited in numbers therefore only available on a first-come, first serve basis to the student interested in applying to Leicester College.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
New for 2024:
- Talks and Presentations (only at Abbey Park and Freemen’s Park campuses) – direct from our senior leadership team we will present you with what Leicester College has to offer, timeline of application to enrolment and support available at the college.
- Meet the Experts – have the opportunity to speak to someone working in the industry you’re interested in. Ask questions such as pay, experience, qualifications etc. Everything you need to know to prepare yourself for work.
- Taster sessions – make pizzas, change a tyre or practice the air safety presentation – we’ll have tasters in many of our subject areas for you to have a go.
