Dress code

We work with a gown robing company to enable you to graduate in a cap and gown. You must book this directly with the gowning company. If you are not wearing a cap and gown, please dress smartly.

If you have booked gowning you will check in then proceed to room 0.49 to be robed. All graduands must be gowned by 12pm.

Photographs and social media

Photographs will be taken during the event that may be used in social media and for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell the photographer. Please use the hashtag #LCHEGrad2019 in your own social media; we want to create a buzz around the day and your participation is very welcome.

General help

There will be plenty of staff on duty to explain what’s happening. The event timings will also be printed on the back of your tickets. The main thing is to listen out for your call to join the graduand procession … and to enjoy yourself!
