Leicester/shire student photography open exhibition launch event

We are thrilled to announce five of our students have had their work selected to be a part of the FORMAT 19 Photography Festival. With more than 300 entries, a panel of photography professionals chose 18 pieces to be featured.

The theme this year was FOREVER//NOW for the festival and was open to students on FE and HE creative courses across Leicester/shire.

Well done to our students, Aleena Hussain, Helen Kenny, Andrew Morton, Callum Yarr and Nicole Bond for being selected from the 300 entries. Helen and Nicole are on the HNC Photography course, whereas Aleena, Andrew and Callum are on the Photography with Video Foundation Degree course.

The exhibition is being held from Friday 15 March – Saturday 13 April, so make sure you go check it out.

LCB Depot is open from 9am – 5.30pm on weekdays.

There is also a FREE photography exhibition at the Adult Education Centre on Granby Street until Monday 1 April. Our photography students are showcasing their work for all to view!
