The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in the UK on 25 May 2018 and a Data Protection Bill was published in 2018.
To make sure that we fully comply with GDPR the College has reviewed how we collect, store, safeguard and use data which you may give us, and where appropriate how we share your data.
Our Data Protection Policy sets out the overarching information. Privacy notices for the data we collect from students, potential students, staff and members of the public explain what data we collect and why we use it, how long we keep it and the rights that individuals have to their data.
