Applicants must have a genuine interest in the industry and be willing to learn. We will support you with all your training whilst training once a week at Leicester College.

What will the Apprentice Hairdresser be doing?
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will be to:
- Preparing clients for the stylist by shampooing, conditioning and
rinsing hair, ensuring the salon environment is clean and tidy and
conforming to health and safety requirements. - You will also be able to conduct consultations with clients to
establish their needs - Assisting the stylist with clients’ requirements such as colouring,
cutting and styling hair - Reception duties
- Making client bookings
- Welcoming clients and making them feel comfortable
- Taking payments for services and product sales
- Presenting a professional image of yourself and the salon
