Do my employees have to attend College?
We aim to offer completely flexible training solutions tailored to you. We can come to your location and deliver training there – which minimises the disruption to your operations, although we do offer training on campus where practical. The training can be anything from half a day a week to two or three days depending on your requirements.
We already have an in-house training programme, so why do we need someone else to do it?
Our trainers and assessors are highly qualified and experienced, with expertise in a wide variety of industries. We can keep your staff up-to-date with the latest developments affecting your industry. We can even work in partnership with your in-house trainers to offer a fresh perspective on your training provision.
The qualifications we offer are fully accredited, and we are recognised as an approved training centre by many professional bodies. Working closely with the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), we can provide access to funding which is available to support you with the cost, including Apprenticeship Grants.
