Course Overview

The course offers you an insight into 12 different types of mental ill health. You will explore the signs and symptoms, the possible impact on the individual and others and how you could offer support to the individual. Legislation and the changes to the care approach through the years will be explored along with how the media portrays people with mental ill health.
