If you already hold accredited assessment, this can be used towards the course and may reduce the completion time down to two days.
Please note, original certificates must be available to approve. Please contact the ACS office if you have mislaid your original certificates.
You will need to be employed/self employed and demonstrate previous CCN1 certification and element certification. Your certification must be either currently active or have expired within the last 12 months.
How you will be assessed
Assessment will be in the Gas Centre, through a combined route of practical and theory assessment in order to prove competence.

Course and Career progression
Gas safe registration is the normal progression if you are completing the re-assessment programme. Other elements can also be undertaken to enable wider applications for a variety of roles. Liquid petroleum gas is a popular element as it neatly aligns with natural gas and increases the scope of work a engineer can offer.
