We have an opening for a Customer Service Apprentice to deal with enquiries through our website and over the phone.

Great – we have the Customer Service Apprenticeship that will kick start you career.
As our Apprentice your role will be to resolve a range of customer enquiries as the primary point of contact. You will enhance the customer experience and build loyalty by understanding the customer and offering solutions and advice to meet their
needs. This includes the promotion and sales of our products. You will be working our own brand names enabling you to gain valuable experience.
Full training provided.
Resolve a variety of high volume customer enquiries, delivering customer value at first point of contact whether through email or on the phone
Investigate and resolve routine customer complaints to ensure delivery of an efficient and effective service to the customer
Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation, and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service
Full training will be provided by Leicester College but you must have a strong interest in customer service and fashion with a willingness to learn.
Trensos Ltd (Trends On Screen) specialise in current High Street Trends, including our own labels, that give ladies access to inspirational fashions through our continually updated online web-store.
Skills required: Excellent communication skills spoken and written
Previous experience of IT systems (full training provided)
Personal qualities: Enjoys working as part of a team to deliver results
Learns and shares knowledge
Strives to achieve personal best and drive personal development.

Qualifications required: You will need to demonstrate a good level of IT, English and maths with exceptional customer service.
Reality Check: Applicants will need to be able to get to and from the company premises.
You will be expected to attend College as part of the role on day release.
On occasion you may be expected to take on duties outside your job description.
