A Leicester College nursery based at Abbey Park campus has been given outstanding for the third time in a row after an inspection in May 2016.

The nursery was commended for the learning environment, inspirational management team, safeguarding of the children and having well trained and committed staff group.

The inspector said: “The learning environment, both indoors and outdoors, is exceptionally well resourced, vibrant and highly stimulating. Children demonstrate excellent levels of motivation and confidently make independent choices from the extensive play and learning opportunities available to them.

Nursery Manager, Sarah Hallam said:

“The nursery at Abbey Park are so proud to announce that we have received our third outstanding rating from Ofsted in May 2016.

“The managers and staff have worked incredibly hard and this is a fabulous endorsement of the great work of the nursery.

“Children are making excellent progress from their starting points.”
